I have a house which is in good condition right now. We live in a joint family. So if my house gets damage and I want to repair or to maintain it then will I need to take permission of my other sibling. Can My sibling file a case or stop me from doing repairs?? Since there is no proper relation in our family?? Can i repai it if it's too damage or about to fall

A.Dear Sir,
If you repair at your cost they will be happy but they will claim a partition without accounting for or re-reimbursing your expenses in future. Better bring to the notice of all and take individual contributions for this repair work.
