Give me advice

Water falls from 2 stored building of my neighbour and make sound 24 hours. I can't sleep at night for this. It's harmful for my mental health. I said them but they didn't care and insulted me. Some time water coming to my house. Iam feeling unwell due to this chronic problem. How to take action to get rid of the problem please advise me.
A.Immediately take all steps like lodging complaint with police, local authority and also approach the Court.

A.If society register then approach to the committee members otherwise file complaint against them immediately

A.nuisance, please give a complaint to the nearest police to take suitable legal action for such a nuisance.

A.Every person is free to live his life. If it is interrupted by someone else, then you can take legal action against it. You should send a legal notice to him through a good lawyer nearest you.
