Property is on my husband name and his brother name. Now as he has shifted to other flat. So he wants to give full ownership to my husband by transferring his 50 percent ownership. Loan is on both the brothers name. My husband wants to take full loan on him. So we asked bank for NOC but they refused. My husband is suitable for the amount of loan remaining.

A.The reason Bank not giving NOC is because it feels your husband`s credit rating is insufficient to take over entire loan upon himself, means he cannot in Bank`s opinion pay full EMI. Ask for rescheduling of EMI ir try another Bank.
