My bother in law and his parents are false alleged of dowry and domestic violence by his wife .. they lived in a seperate house and not with parents . Need help

A.Hi client,
If the case is already filed, your brother in law needs to take the bail. And for further proceedings, they have to defend the case to prove their innocence. Court orders cannot be denied.

A.If the compliant is filed and regd. You have to get bail and later on contest tje case and defend yourself to protect yourself.

A.Your brother in law have to appear before court and contest the proceedings meanwhile after leading evidence you brother in law have to prove his innocence. For more details suggestion i need to go through with the complaint filed by your brother in laws wife.
