Parking lot Storage rights as an owner of a flat in the same building. Parking lot Storage rights as an owner of a flat in the same building.

I am an owner in the same building that i live in currently. I am a contractor by profession. Hence I have stored some paint boxes, wooden planks neatly in my own parking lot. I have enough space to park my car as well. The storage items that I keep needing are placed neatly and they do not obstruct anyone or cause trouble to anyone as my parking lot is in the corner. The building association wants me to remove these items. As a rightful owner I want to know my rights so that I can keep my things in the garage. I keep my things in the garage for my convenience.

A.1) Please let me know if you are the OWNER of the PARKING SPACE?
2) If you are the OWNER of the PARKING SPACE i.e. PRIVATE PAID PARKING OF OPEN LAND OUTSIDE THE SOCIETY PREMISES then you have ALL RIGHTS for your CAR PARKING GARAGE (the Agreement for the same should be the same of that as Registered Agreement of PLOT SALE including SEPARATE STAMP DUTY & REGISRATION CHARGES PAID)
3) Incase you are having the allotment letter from the Builder while purchasing of the flat then you are NOT the OWNER of the Land of Parking Space.
4) So sir / Madam, please clarify the query as per the Agreement & the Letter of Allotment also you CANNOT keep any other things in Parking LOT other than Car.
5) The above clarification is given as per the Society Bye-laws. As per the Registered society the Members can vacate the parking space used for other than mentioned in the Agreement.

A.If parking space is alloted in an open space than you should not use the place to store other things. If the parking space is a closed space/garage allotted to you, then you may store non- hazardous things in a reasonable quantity. The rest depends upon the rules (if any) of the building association.
