We brought a land by getting loan from LICHFL. Now we want to close our loan meanwhile we need to cancel the MOD after getting our documents from LICHFL.I am the POA for behalf of my son who is working in abroad. Can I use the same POA for closing the MOD or I need to get the new POA from my son?
A.Depending upon the clause of your earlier POA you can do that. Please check and always be in good terms with bankers.

A.If your POA is containing all the relevant points from the beginning of the loan till the closing of the loan and its related documentation work then you not require a new POA from your son.
but if this point is not mention in the POA of the MOD then you will have to get a fresh POA from your son
