I am an ex- serviceman retired from airforc as group c completing 22 yrs of service after that I have joined through competition in 2008 as telecom tech assistant that is also group c post.here I didnot get military services rendered and also pay protection as per last drawn pay.aftercompletion of five years I have applied for departmental junior tecom officerexam but not allowed to appear in exam.then we approaced to court and consedering past servic we were allowed to appear in exam and I passed exam in 2015 sent for TRG and after that we joined as jto.a total of 18 people after TRG joined but in different district the date of prompt for jto is different where as we passed on same date hence looser in seniority again now other guys who again Appeared for jto exam after completing 7 years there pay scale is more than us whereas they are juniorto us.kindly guide how fight the case and settle our seniority and pay.
