A.I have gone through your query in detail.
1) You are a Victim of a bad family member in your own family. As in the year 2012 you was only 16 years old and uncle being the legal guardian has taken undue advantage of you and your property acquired by your parents.
2) If he had shown the age as 22 in the power attorney how come the registrar did not ask for any STANDARD PHOTO ID proof?
3) WHEN DID YOU COME TO KNOW ABOUT THE POWER OF ATTORNEY BEING USED ? Do you have the Xerox of the same.
4) As the document made itself was NOT at a legal age and so the ill-legal statement in the power of attorney is also ill-legal
5) So go to the registrar via lawyer send a legal notice to the registrar cancel the power of attorney, put it into the public notice in two leading newspaper one in English and another in your local language.
6) File case against you are uncle and put him behind the bars or go ahead and demand for all the financial damages made by him and solve the matter amicably.
