Obc ncl

My fathers salary is 3.5 lakh and income from rents is 6.5 lakhs and my mom has a sole proprietership wherein her income varies from 4 to 5 lakhs.. Am i eligible for the obc ncl certificate
A.If you are so honest you can not get any certificate and you will have to face failures in the life. Society is not so honest. Get through the life.
