Right to life

A company is situated within our constituency. This particular company is responsible for the transportation of 400 trucks filled with ore along the rural roads. However, this has become a significant issue as these roads are also connected to neighboring villages, where a majority of the local population relies on a single road for their daily livelihood. Consequently, the presence of these trucks carrying loaded ore through the village roads has instilled fear among the public, deterring them from using this route for their daily activities. The absence of sufficient space for overtaking and the inability to drive smoothly for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers exacerbates the problem. Moreover, in the event of a medical emergency, the lack of opportunity for swift treatment poses a serious threat to lives. Additionally, the transportation activities on this road have adverse effects on numerous animals. Given the narrowness of the road and its tricky turns, this situation intentionally causes harm to people, animals, and the environment. It is evident that these actions strongly violate Article 21, NGT Act 2010, and IPC 302 by the company in question. Therefore, we kindly urge you to intervene and put an end to this transportation in order to safeguard our lives and the environment.
