Rent situation in this covid time Rent situation in this covid time

I have already payed the rent to my owner till the date stated in agreement but because of me not being able to remove my couple bags and belongings due to sudden movement my owner is asking rent for 3 months after agreement being over. He never told us about the extra rent situation when told about this belongings. So i want to ask am i legally obligated to pay the rent after agreement date is over? I have moved my remaining belongings already

A.1) As you already paid the rent to the owner Till the vacating of the flat so the question of giving the rent again for some left or bags does not arise.
2) Now go to the rooms and collect the bags and leave the room because no one pays the entire month rent for the bags which are left down during this pandemic situation of covid-19.
3) If the owner does not agree take some help from NGO or local politician or social workers or the nearest police station. I am sure that you will not face any problems just be bold enough with you speak with the owner & tell a practical situation.

If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail.
