My father work in central govt his hra not cut on time we opt central govt flat they deduct all amount in retirement on gratuity amount. My father work in group d .he has not knowledge of hra and the administration take all action on my father. If there any case law regarding this type of case

A.They cannot deduct such amount from the gratuity. You must file a petition before the concerned bench of CAT to seek remedy against this illegality. Moreover, your query is not fully disclosing the circumstances. Must consult a lawyer immediately to proceed against such illegal deduction from gratuity.
