Transfer of case
If I register a civil defamation case at one location paying all necessary fees, but if that court says the incidence hasn't occurred in its jurisdiction and asks to file case at other location where incidence occurred.
Do I have to file a new case and pay the fees all again or the same case with the fees already paid will be transferred to the place of occurrence?
A.You need not pay extra fee but file has to be presented before that court of jurisdiction is outside the state then you have to get back your court fee.
