Hello sir, I am a govt job aspirant. I am confused about my obc category. I am OBC candidate. My father works in an Ordnance Factory. He works as group c employee. My fathers yearly income is above 8 lac rs. My question is am I belong to OBC Creamy layer or OBC non-creamy layer?

A.Yes, you belongs to OBC creamy lawyer as your fathers income is more than 8 lakhs. You are not entitled for any reservation in govt jobs. Try under general quota. With little effort you will get. Never seek alms from any body. Have self respect. You will succeed.

A.You are belongs to creamy layer.The central government increasing the "creamy layer" income limit to Rs 8 lakh per annum for availing quota reserved for Other Backward Class (OBC). But your father income is above 8 lakhs.

But I studied on the internet for govt employee only group is considered...and beside group a and group b all are non creamy layer

Income criteria are truely consider as CL or NCL except farmer.central govt increase NCL criteria from 6 lakhs to 8 lacks. If suppose your father income were 10 lakhs into this C group empoyee then whether you were non creamy layer?

Some OBC category exempted from this criteria but you should check out your caste into obc gazzatted castes of central govt.
