Dear sir My grandmother as done last will for me saying that after my death my agricultural land power goes to my granddaughter (me). And its came too. got pahani katha and mutation to my name.till Jan 28 2020. It was in my name. After that my cousin brother had changed that phani and katha back to my grandmother name . Saying that I too want land. So now how can I get back that phani to my name. Where I have to go . Whom I have to consult.
A.It is mischievousness of revenue authorities. You to get certified copies of all such transactions and most probably you must prefer appeal to Asst. Comm. (Revenue) under section 136(2) of KLR Act. Please discuss by taking paid phone consultancy
