sold property but amount is not paid.

|We sold the property at guntur he was paid only 50% of amount after registration we will pay the amount with in 10 minutes. But he was not paid to me we registered the documents. on oct 2019. He was promissed and wrote the paper on 100 rs. bond. on jan 2020. but he was not settled the account. till now what can i do please give a valuable suggestion. thank u.
A.As you are having the property documents registered and so there you will be mentioning of of the selling price and as you have received only 50% of the price and not received the rest amount mentioned it to the note to the sub register office and intimate the new buyer by giving a legal notice from the layer as the transaction has not been completed the registration of the documents is likely to get cancelled... Do not handover the physical possessions to the buyer till you receive your full payment.
