POCSO ACT Case against my friend

My friend has faced charges after having sexual affair with an underage girl. However, the girl told my friend that she was 20 years old. However, she did not tell that according to her Date of Birth document, her real age is 17 years.

A.She must be referred to the medical team and get determine her actual age and thus your friend can take defense of consensual sex and thus acquittal or discharge. Also provide proof then we can do something, if u helpful my ans PlZ rate my ans *****, thanks

A.Dear Client,
As per the details submitted by you it is clearly shows that you have been trapped, but legal steps have been already initiated against you under POSCO Act, the only remedy available to you is to show any piece of any evidence that she is 20 years old, the same you can submit before the court.

A.I have gone through your query in detail.
1) You are a victim of False friendship & a trap laid by your own friends. You have not clearly mentioned the entire episode as POCSO ACT as it is NOT charged just on random basis.
2) You have not mention more details. Be clear from which state, city, or village you are from..?
3) When did your friend meet that girl and how did they come in contact with each other and what was the actual incident that happened.. the framing of POCSO ACT charges can be done only by the legal guardians/ Parents or Social worker-NGO etc. and not the girl herself there is some kind of fishy thing OR cheating among your own group as per my knowledge..
4) Now as you are saying as she is telling that her age is 17 this may not be the actual legal age? she may be hiding are legal age which can be only clarified only from standard documents of AGE PROOF such as Birth Certificate, School /College Leaving Certificate, Aadhar Card Or Passport..have you YOURSELF VERIFIED THE SAME??
5) Currently is your friend in the JAIL or has he got the BAIL..?? and currently the case is running in dindoshi Court if in Mumbai... Kindly share more information so at least there can be some insights to this case and your friend may be able to come out of this trap.
