NRI Muslim marriage abroad

Can a NRI Muslim male of 19 years age living in India marry a indian in Saudi Arabia? He is also a resident of Saudi Arabia. Would it require him to be 21 years of age or 18 (legal marriage age in Saudi Arabia)? What laws would govern if marriage is done abroad for Muslims?

A.Marriage age of male in India is 21 and female is 18 years , its that simple, other things applicable as per your religion, in your case mohammedan law.

ANS: As per the query it seems you are a MALE.. & also your further question says- He is also a resident of Saudi Arabia ( SO "HE" MEANS A BOY/ MALE, SO DO YOU WANT TO MARRY "HE"- i.e. MALE/ BOY)
AGAIN FURTHER YOU HAVE STATED- Would it require him to be 21 years of age or 18 - ( SO "HIM" MEANS A BOY/ MALE, SO DO YOU WANT TO MARRY "HIM"- i.e. MALE/ BOY) , then I am also NOT sure of what laws are there for HOMOSEXUAL MARRIAGES IN SAUDI ARABIA.
