50 bigha is distributed between 3 brothers in which elder brother has 25 bigha middle brother 12 bigha and older brother has 12 bigha the dispute is that the distribution is improper and we have no problem that elder brother has 25 bigha but atleast the walking he should provide to us between the land bcuz we both older brother are going to our farm from rough way and the way for going to our land is also to broad that no truck or tampo can go,the elder brother has taken road toch land and we are facing big problem in that please help me out

A.First It needs disclosure on what basis, land is distributed among brothers. That will decide your rights. The rights you want to presently enjoy are rights of easement and your actual lawful entitlement to land will decide this. Still, the course of action can be suggested in different ways.
