RWA is forcing me to clear the dues for Corpus fund and maintenance not paid by the builder. I bought appartment in 2016 and have always paid maintenance and corpus fund on time. However, the RWA is now asking me to pay the amount due before 2016 ?

They have stopped garbage collection and other fascilities for my appartment.

Does RWA have this right ?

A.RWA is wrong. They can file suit for recovery from the builder . More so basic necessities and facilities cannot be curtailed. It is criminal trespass into your personal life.
