Hi,
I am clerical employee in state Bank of India. As you are aware that CIBIL report can be generated only with officially valid documents like AADHAR CARD, pan card and driving license.

Without my knowledge and consent One of my officer of SBI accessed my AADHAR Card and generated CIBIL report, Atleast 4-5 times. He was not competent authority or my controlling authority of SBI. That officer obtained some information in my CIBIL report and furnished to the Disciplinary authority of State Bank Of India, as a result I was issued charge sheet for borrowing loans from e-andhra bank without obtaining permission from SBI. The said e-Andhra Bank loans were closed loan accounts before the issuance of charge sheet

Does the bank officer require my permission or did he need to bring it to my notice before generation of CIBIL report with my AADHAR Card.
Can anyone suggest me:

1)whether SBI can give me charge sheet for closed loan accounts by accessing my CIBIL report with my AADHAR Card without bringing it to my notice before generation of CIBIL report.

2) whether any officer of SBI is empowered to check or access my CIBIL report with my personal identity documents like AADHAR CARD pan card and driving license.

Please respond
Thanking you
GIRIDHAR
