Mere husband ko 394 dhara ke under jhute case me fasa diya gaya hai aur unka case district court me kharij ho gaya hai aur re jamanat ke liye thane se chalan mang rahe hai lekin thane ka ti chalan nii de raha hai hume samajh me nii a raha hai ham kya kare plese help.

A.Maam, agar 90 din se upar ho gaya hai arrest ke toh aap statutory bail maang sakte hai.
Immediately aap bail ke liye apply kar sakte hai.
