I had joined the job at the age of 19 yrs in defense. What ever I am earning from my job I giving to my parents through DD, account payment, sold many things for their home, fees of brother and sister, spend money in sister marriage etc. Now after my retirement of 17 yrs service my parents are not ready to take me at their home, and not ready to give my things back to me. After that, my father wants to make the will of property on the name of my brother and sisters. And want to evict from every thing which I have given to them from my earnings. So, please suggest me the legal way how could I get my money and things back from my parents. Thank you
