Ancestral property claim by daughter

Wanted clarification for the following My mother has 2 brothers one is elder and one is younger and her father passed away in 2002. Will she be able to claim her right to the properties. Because I have no proper understanding of that 2005 Hindu succession ACT.
To be noted : all the properties are ancestral like not self acquired by her father and it's not divided among the brothers before 2005
A.If it is ancestral property the she cannot otherwise she can.

A.Definitely she can claim her right to the undivided ancestral property. Irrespective of the year of the death of her father she has the equal right in ancestral property. It cannot be denied. Legally she can claim it by filing Partition Suit.
