Fraud by African in New Delhi

I am trapped in fraud by 2 African in New Delhi, They contacted me by Facebook then all chats started on WhatsApp, they both gave me fake promises, and took 1 lac as advance to give gold on 50% cost. and disappeared from hotel

A.you can file a police complaint against them so that the police can investigate the matter and catch them

A.You have to start immediate police action. Several complaints to the Police Station need to be made, and also to cyber cell.
You may seek assistance of an Advocate, who will do the communication and drafting bit for you.
