What can i do , my parents are mentally torturing me ?
I am 16 but want to leave my house in any way as it is now affecting my mental health , i am not able to shape my life or career like they are saying beacuse I don't find myself capable of that , but they abuse me , don't allow me to talk to my friends , take my phone away, turn of my room light and fan , and are forcing me to do what they say , please help me to leave my house , i will leave anywhere but not here.
