My wife working in a private company since last 1year. She is expecting first child and due date is around February next year. She is planning to inform and ask the employer for maternity leave. However she is getting to know that the employer allowing only 3months for paid maternity leave. What can we do about this?

A.hi sir ,
it is 26 weeks but law is applicable only to those who work in company with at least 10 employees.

A.Give application to employer with doctor certificate , if you deduct esic , then you can get entire benifits of esic
