Dear Sir.I have a plot measuring 11400 sqft.I am thinking to give my plot to a builder.I want to know about the agreement period.How long the agreement period should be?For example 90 years 100 years.Please help.Thank you.

A.Usually such plots are given away on sharing basis, permanently. Funally it is between you two.

A.It is better to consult a professional property lawyer to prepare draft agreement with all the terms & conditions before allowing for development of property by builder and protect your interest and property.

The time period depends upon Ur own will whether you want to give him for 1 year, 2 years or 50-100 years ...... All depends upon the terms of agreement to him..... Actually while making agreement , make sure the time period must b set or written in the agreement
