Need help in adopting illegitimate child from married woman

We came across a married woman who wants to give her child for adoption. She is married woman but not staying with her husband from past 3 years. Child is 3 months old. She does not want to involve the real father in the adoption process. We both the parties are Hindu.
Is there any way to adopt the child under HAMA or any other law? Is there any risk ?

A.Dear Client,
As per your inputs you want to get the adoption of a 3 months old child as per Hindu Adoption Law, As per Section 9 of Hindu Adoption Act only father is eligible to adopt the son the mother is only to express her consent, in your case the adoption will not be valid.
