Correction in Name ,Father and Mother Name ,DOB in Educational records

Sir/Madam,
I am G V Prakash Kumar. My father Name is G K VENKATARAMANAPPA . Mother Name is H M Hanumakka. My Date of Birth is 22/03/1988. But in All educational certificates , Fallowing details are mentioned :My name as PRAKASHA G V . My father Name as VENKATARAVANAPPA , Mother Name as Hanumakka and DOB is mentioned as 10/04/1987. Is it possible to correct all these details now .Kindly advice
