A.Dear Client
If someone feel his own fault fully or partially to some extent and ready to compensate the victim then its better to mutually settle the issues . But in case if he feels not guilty and seek justice from court then can take recourse of court.

However it is always better if both party agree to settle the compoundable offenses out of court to save money and time.

A.Dear Client I Feel sorrow for this issue.

1. Collect the Car Number and Two Wheller Number,
2. Register a Case in Traffic Police Department, for litigation purpose
3. Put a Motor Vehicle Accidencent CAse in court where the Insurance Company usually Compensate for this.`
4. Try to Collect Money from a Car Owner Seperately if he pays large lump sump I can say Minimum 2 Lakhs maximum 15 Lakhs if he is big shot or business owner. if not put your proceedings in Point 1 to 3.
