My deceased brother was an aircraftsman . His nominee was my brother who is overaged . After sending family details to the authority as requested my step mother is the only eligible member in the family to get his pension and death gratuity as per the letter received. Real mother details is not mentioned in the family details. Is there a way a real mother can get the pension from his son?

A.Hi,
Make a representation before the authority for correction, in failure of doing so you can approach the High Court for Writ of Mandamus.

A.You can do one thing request the Over-aged brother to give power of attorney to real mother as he is the nominee for claim of the pension.
