CORRECTING SURNAME IN MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

Sir, I have made a marriage certificate 2 years before. In which, I changed the surname of my wife. Now I want to correct her surname and want to keep her surname which she had before marriage.I went to marriage registrar offfice but I was refused by saying that there is no any process to make any correction in respect of marriage certificate.
Kindly tell me Is there any process so that I could change her surname from new to old
A.File representation before the Marriage Registrar if refused then approach High Court.

A.First you have to obtain refusal of registrar office in record and against the order you can approach the competent authority for correction process as per the law.
