I want to Start a commission based online Multi Vendor Grocery business, What are the legal works should i do?
I'm from a small city of MP
I want to develop a mobile app in which i have to add small grocery sellers, Through this people will get products online from their nearest vendor. Vendor will sell his product through my app, And payment will be received in my bank, I would send the amount to vendor after deduction of my small commission.
I will approach for some people who will help me to deliver the products from vendor to customer. For this i will pay for them.
In short, I will earn money through the commission, Kindly let me know about the legal works before starting this business.

You may need to take shop and establishment licence, trade licence and gst registration. Etc.

It is first needed to know about your proper business model like what will be your source of funding, what will be the channel of distribution etc. You will need to apply for various types of licences which can only be identified after knowing the proper business model.
