A.Dear client,

You need to send them a legal notice first. Then you may file a consumer forum case against the dealer and the television company to get the refund as well as compensation money.

Thanks

It is small amount and you cannot go on fighting. The alternative method is to go physically to the store and make big voice or get issue a notice stating that you will damage their reputation by placing the material on social net work.

A.Dear Client,

If you are facing difficulties obtaining a refund for the missing components, here are steps you can take to address the issue:

1. Document the Situation:
- Make sure you have evidence of the missing components, such as photos or videos of the unpacking process.
- Note the date and time of the technician's visit and their acknowledgment of the missing items.

2. Contact the Store:
- Reach out to the store where you made the purchase, preferably in writing (email or letter). Clearly explain the situation, providing details of the missing components, the technician's acknowledgment, and your request for a refund.

3. Keep Records of Communication:
- Maintain a record of all communication with the store, including dates, times, and the content of conversations. This can serve as evidence if you need to escalate the matter.

4. Review the Store's Policies:
- Check the store's refund or return policies. Make sure you are familiar with their procedures for resolving such issues. This information can strengthen your case.

5. Escalate the Issue:
- If the store is unresponsive, consider escalating the matter to higher management within the store. Find contact information for store managers or customer service supervisors and reach out to them.

6. Consumer Protection Authorities:
- Research consumer protection laws and agencies in your area. Depending on your location, there may be government agencies that can assist with consumer disputes. File a complaint with these authorities if necessary.

Remember to remain polite and professional in your communication with the store. Clearly state your case, provide supporting evidence, and emphasize your desire for a fair resolution. If necessary, consult with consumer protection organizations or seek legal advice for guidance tailored to your specific situation and local regulations.

A.Dear Client,
After serving a legal notice to the selling store, file a complaint against them over alleged deficiency in service and unfair trade practice before the Dist. Consumer Commission under Sec. 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 claiming a refund of the value of the TV stand and other connectors which were not delivered with the TV set and compensation for harassment and cost of litigation. The complaint should be filed within two years from the date of the cause of action.
