Rera For Maintenance Chanrges

I booked the flat in Jan 2014 and Now few days back I got final demand to take possession. Along with final demand, they also asked to pay Maintenance charges which are much higher than provisional charges which they mentioned in Agreement. Can we file Rera case after taking possession? Becasue if we file now we wont get possesion

A.Hi,
It is important to know before filing a case in RERA if the property is registered under RERA or not, please specify the same or consult a lawyer to take further actions

A.If it is not Rera property then you cannot file it. Any get the possession immediately then start litigation in the appropriate forum.
