My father did sale agreement between self and builder for a property back in 2012 . Accordingly, he went for a loan and it got approved. The amount disposed was 90% immediately and 10% pending from banker because lift construction did not happend at that time. He has never shown up for registration past 8 years and never shown interest in building lift for these many years. I have occupied the flat with sale agreement and loan amount what ever banker has given cleared but still registration not completed. I would like to know what kind of action we can take against builder.Kindly, help me and let me know how to proceed further.

A.Hi,
It is important to get the property registered for getting clear ownership of the property, please contact the builder to complete the registration of the property or consult a lawyer before taking any further action.
