Claiming unpaid salaries when on medical leave recommended by the employer's doctor Claiming unpaid salaries when on medical leave recommended by the employer's doctor

I was on medical leave recommended by my employers doctor as directed by my employer viz Corporation Bank , Head Office Mangalore. The certificate was suppressed and no salaries were paid. Wheen I was ill and absent neither leave was sanctioned nor paid salaries nor suspended and went on to conduct domestic enquiry exparte and dismissed. My WP was partially in my favour but was dismissed on appeal by the Bank and my appeal in SC was dismissed. My inability to cause production of the medical certificate was my handicap. Now in 2014 I could obtain the copy of the medical certificate which states that I was medically unfit to join duties till cured completely. I tried to file a Review Petition in Hon'ble SC but could not to so as I did not get the SLP Paper Book from my lawyers. Now could I claim the salaries with penal interest compounded from my employers viz Corporation Bank now merged with Union Bank of India, and if so in which court I have to file a case. I nearly 83 years old and have all age related illness so sooner the better
