Iam an intern in a NGO based in delhi. We were working as HR Intern, we were doing all the work as HR. Suddenly, they tell one day that we have to do a fund raising, if you don't do the fund raising you will not be provided certificate. The thing is that fund raising is not a work of HR Manager, in our offer letter and portal we applied, job was mentioned unpaid and in our job agreement also they didn't mentioned that fund raising task if you didn't do, you will not provided certificate. What is the legal side of action we can say against this NGO ?

A.1. from the facts mentioned by you, it can be established that the company cannot ask you to raise the fund, and, moreover, they are legally bound to provide you the certificate,
2. you can serve the NGO a legal notice through a lawyer to provide the certificate
3. send one copy of the legal notice to the registrar of societies,
