A.Dear Client,
Here grounds behind the cancellation of a sold-out vehicle matter the most. When the transfer of ownership of the vehicle has already been approved by the concerned RTO in compliance with the standing procedures of the Motor Vehicles Act, such approval cannot be revoked if your appeal for cancellation does not have any merit. Ownership of a vehicle once transferred or changed cannot be revoked.

A.Dear Client,
In the context of the Indian Contract Act, once the sale of a car is completed, and the ownership transfer is approved, the contract is considered executed. Generally, contracts for the sale of goods, including vehicles, are binding, and canceling a completed sale may not be straightforward. However, specific circumstances or provisions in the contract, such as a cancellation clause or mutual agreement between the parties, could affect the situation. It is advisable to review the terms of the sale agreement and consult with a legal professional to understand the implications of canceling the transfer approval and any potential legal consequences in your specific case.
Thankyou

A.Dear Sir,
If RTO records are not changed then cancel the registration in the name of subsequent purchaser.
