my Father name in villege(Jameen Paper also) is differ on my paper(markSheet, PanCard) and his adhar card also. Both name is important. what should to do.

Choose one name for final `
Kindly apply for name change by making an Application for Gazzette notification.
Thereafter, Affidavit for change of name and ad in local newspaper and one english newspaper.
