Threatening to me

Sir/ma'am, i am a doctor, i had an encounter with a girl in Instagram and we chatted. Later it went on fine for a while then it involved some intimate talks which where mutually done. But there was no sharing of pics or video calls. Finally i got a threaten msgs from her family stating that i have tried to molest her and they are gonna ruin my life with police complaint and all stuffs. What should I really do?
