I want what's mine I want what's mine

My relatives have been actively selling and using the family assets without any say of ours. Most of those assets were of my late grandfather. We have no clue if he has written a will or not. We are totally dependent on the other members of family who act like we're beggars , what should be our next step?

A.Dear Sir,
You may file partition suit immediately and get stay order on such proposed transfers.

A.Hi,
You can file a suit for partition and get your share in the ancestral property. You can also recover for the amount of the property they have sold without seeking your families prior permission since the property sold by them belonged to your grandfather and you have your right over it.

A.Sir
You must file suit for partition in court. You will get your share.
Secondly you should seek stay on sale of property.
Thirdly you file cases for recovery of money from them in respect of properties sold without your permission and without giving your share amount of money.
Thanks.

A.You can challenge the sale even if you think there could be a will. If will is there than person to whom the property is transferred by will need to approach the appropriate court for probate and in probate proceeding objection of other party is invited.
