Redevelopment stuck from last 12 years and builder never pay from 4 yrs Redevelopment stuck from last 12 years and builder never pay from 4 yrs

Our redevelopment came under the Urban Renewal scheme under DCR 33 ( 9) at Arthur Road . N.M joshi Marg & Sane Guruji Marg junction ( Lower Parel ) . Developed by M/s . Shreepati Build Infra investment limited .

Builder had done a redevelopment agreement ( permanent accommodation agreement ) with us ( 150 tenants ) in the year 2009 . Builder has demolished our chawl without any IOD ( govt permission ) and shifted few tenants at ambedkar nagar ( elephionston ) and few are ready for rent . This development project stuck due to no objection letter from jail authority and BMC land approval awaited . Builder not giving single rupee rent from the last 4 years . As a tenant our situation is miserable . We have sold everything and now have a huge amount of loan on our shoulder as tenants . As a tenant in this covid situation we are facing financial as well as physical stress beyond imaginisation . We are suffering health issues due to mental stress given by builders by removing our shelter on our head .
Now we are in a do or die situation . What to do next ?
