Fathers name different in all my documents

My fathers name is natha and in all my documents my middle name is mentioned as nathu . And father name in my documents is also nathu.
So whats the permanent solution in this case.
Or if i let it go as it is , will i face any problem in future ?
A.Dear Sir,
You have to disclose your father’s name as Natha @ Nathu hereinafter and you must say to everybody to clarify the issue that your father is known by both the names.
