Ordered sex toys

I ordered a ring vibrator and sex dice (it is a small regular size dice, which has small outline representations of positions on the sides of the dice, not actual vulgar human pictures) from UK, which is stuck with mumbai customs rightnow. I later found out that sex toys are illegal, but durex is selling vibrating rings in pharmacies. So are my products illegal? Or are they held for custom duty? What should I do now?

A.The items you have ordered are prohibited, which does not mean they are illegal. You will have to pay a fine of Rs. 5000/- and the goods will be confiscated.
