Someone put a criminal charge against me on Calcutta high court but it was rejected by the high court and now it is in some lower court. Police gave me the notice to meet them and I met them and the police advised me to just get a bail first. Now the person against me has put an objection so that I do not get bail. So now how can I get bail? Once I get bail then what are the procedures? Do I mandatorily has to go to court for trial or Final police report can close the case officially? Please advise

A.Hi,
It is advisable to contact a lawyer for getting a bail and for further procedure which will be given by the court.

A.Every complainant is entitled bail for person accused by him, there is nothing unusual about it. You have not stated as charges against you in the complaint. But as the police asked to seek bail the charges must be minor that is why the police have not arrested you. Seek a bail through Court any objection by complainant will not affect your chances. Attend the trial.

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs your opponent is trying to trouble you by filing criminal cases against you,
the relief is the Hon'ble High Court had dismissed his petition and the lower court initiated the same under the existing legal provisions,
nothing to worry, if the offence is Non-Bailable then file a Anticipatory Bail petition and get the bail from the court if bailable offence need not worry,
once the police filed the charge sheet then you prefer Quash petition before the Highcourt stating the earlier favour order then this crim will be Quashed

A.Dear Sir,
First get bail and it will be allowed on some formal conditions. Then as per the orders of High Court the police may close the case otherwise you may again challenge chargesheet before the High Court.
