I am a private bank employee in Delhi.My age is 37 years. Last year in Oct 2020 i met with a major train accident in office hours.my both legs is amputed during treatment.
Now the issue bis my bank Hr is forced me to join Noida in 7 days .he give a notice to join office in given time. Now I am completely on wheel chair, What I do in legal terms to continue my job because I request to my HR to transfer my job to native place which is in rajasthan ,but unfortunately he denied.
In my appointment letter nothing is written in case of accident happened in service hours what company will do.
Also bank hold my salary since June 2020. Kindly help me

A.You should approach the higher authority of the bank that you work for directly and request them mentioning about your condition and also request them to release your pending salary. As you are the employee of the said bank you will have to join the branch that you are transferred to.
