A. ) Compromise is not possible as per law. But it is possible. Surprised. I tell you that according to law means court doesn't allow you for compromise, but still you have a little window to escape in this case through out of court settelment. How this will happen?

A. ) If POSCO is also charged against the person then no compromise can take place, however you can still try your luck by approaching HC with a join quashing . All cases are different when it comes to facts and circumstances.

A. ) This is a cognizable offense. In this police start arrest a person without any court permission on the basis of an FIR and can start the investigation. There is no compromise as it is a "State against crime". But if the compromise is outside the court without informing the court, then the victim and the witnissess can be hostile in the court by not appearing.
