A.You can be first suspended from your duties and then court marshal be held if you are marrying another lady with out divorcing your first wife

A.494 IPC is dealt with second marriage during life time of first wife or without divorce. But you still have legal way to do what you want.

A.Hi,
According to the hindu marriage laws, second marriage is void if first marriage is not dissolved by way of death of a spouse or divorce. According to islamic laws, you can have two wives at the same time.

A.Yes divorce without marriage is illegal and punishable under section 494 IPC, court of enquiry will also be initiated against you by the army if this comes to the notice of your commanding officer.
